TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions
carefully as it governs the relationship between us and you and
limits our liability to you when you purchase products from us.
By accepting these terms and conditions you are forming a
contract with us and agreeing to the terms and conditions that
appear below.
References to “you” and “your” are to you
as an individual. References to “us”, “our” and “we”
are to Platinum Place.

YOUR ORDER
Each order placed by you with us shall be an offer by
you to us to buy products subject to these and the
website terms and conditions.
No order you place shall be deemed to be accepted by
us until we have received payment from you.
You must ensure that the terms of your order,
including the address for delivery, are complete and
accurate.
All quotations and advertisements for products or
packages given on this website are given on the basis
that no contract for sale shall come into existence
between us and you until we have received payment from
you and issued acknowledgement of your order. Any
quotations or advertisements for products given on this
website may be altered or withdrawn by us at any time.
Once an order for a package has been placed by you
and accepted by us you have no right to cancel the
order, except at our discretion in exceptional
circumstances.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, the price
for the products or packages shall be the price
advertised on the website as published on the date of
the order.
The price for the products shall be inclusive of all
fees and charges in relation to packaging, carriage and
insurance to the delivery address.
Payment for the price of the products or packages
shall be due in pounds sterling at the time of the
order.
Time of payment shall be of the essence and no
payment shall be deemed to be received by us until it
has been received in full and cleared funds.
DELIVERY
Delivery of the products shall take place at the
delivery address contained in your order.
Any dates or times specified by us for delivery of
the products are intended to be estimates only and time
of delivery shall not be of the essence, and shall not
be made of the essence by notice.
Subject to the other provisions contained in these
terms and conditions, we shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three terms
which include, without limitation, pure economic loss,
loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of
reputation or goodwill and similar losses), costs,
damages or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any
delay in the delivery of the products (even if caused by
our negligence).
4. WARRANTIES
All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by
state or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted
by law, excluded from this Agreement.
All products carry the warranty stated on the product
description.
We shall only extend the benefit of the
manufacturer’s warranty to you, and do not separately
warranty the products ourselves.
In the event of the product requiring replacement or
repair under the warranty, you must contact the product
manufacturer directly.
5. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
In the event that any order is incorrect, it must be
notified to us within 7 (seven) days after delivery, by
you in writing (Email accepted)
In the case of incorrect orders, the products shall
be returned to us and we shall redeliver the correct
order at our own cost.
If any products are faulty or defective, they must be
returned to us within 7 (seven) days of delivery. We
shall replace the products free of charge and redeliver
them to you, at our own cost. In the event of
replacement of any products, the products returned to us
shall become our property.
If you require a refund rather than a replacement for
faulty or defective products, or we are unable to
replace any faulty or defective product, the products
must be returned to us, at our cost, and shall become
our property. We shall refund the price paid, by you to
us for the products, to you.We shall not be liable for
any damages, costs, losses (including without limitation
pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business,
interruptions to business, depletion of goodwill or
reputation, and/or loss of commission), claims or
liabilities, whether direct, indirect or consequential,
incurred by you due to our inability to replace the
products.
Custom & Stock Printed Stickers
Please send the details that you require on your sticker as soon as possible, or this may delay the dispatch of your item. We will attempt to contact you twice to find out the details you require. No refunds can be entertained if you are on a timescale, and details are not given, as it is up to you to provide us with the details. You can send the details via your PayPal payment, through eBay messages. Our stickers are printed digitally, using foil print. The print is printed onto the non sticky side of a high grade 3 year Vinyl. All stickers are checked before dispatch, for imperfections in print quality. Some small dots of misprint may be detected, but there will be no more than 3 on a sticker, and will be no more than 2mm square.
Please read the attachment instructions, that are supplied with the stickers, to apply them correctly. You must only use clean hands to apply the stickers, and in no circumstances must any other tool be used. The print is durable to normal weather conditions, but parts may wipe off if chemical cleaners are wiped over them. If the stickers are left as applied, you will have no trouble with them.
By purchasing our stickers, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
FULL COLOUR STICKERS
a) Designs must be sent via email to info@platinum-place.co.uk and be in BMP or JPEG format, unless otherwise agreed.
b) Stickers are not produced until full payment is received.
c) Stickers are dispatched within 4-5 working days, from receipt of payment.
d) Set Up fees are non-refundable, and are charged only once per design, if required.
e) We accept no returns for Stickers.
f) Please read the supplied instructions for the application of your sticker.
g) The print is UV Resistant, under normal weather conditions, but prolonged exposure to extreme sunlight may affect the print quality.
h) We use CorelDraw to print the Stickers, and use RGB Colour Palletes. Please be aware that the colour from your Computer Screen may not be reproduced exactly by the printing.
i) Please apply your Sticker to a dry clean surface to create a waterproof/moisture proof seal.
Free Gifts
Free gifts carry no warranty, and no returns on them. They are sent with applicable items, free of charge and have no value in the sale. If a sale is cancelled and the main item purchased is returned, then the free gift must also bee returned before a refund is issued. Free Gift is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative is available. Platinum Place reserve the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value.
D. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
These provisions are without prejudice to the other
provisions contained in these terms and conditions.
All times given for delivery, restocking etc. are
estimates only and we shall not be liable for any
damages, costs, losses (including without limitation
pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business,
interruptions to business, depletion of goodwill or
reputation, and/or loss of commission), claims or
liabilities, whether direct, indirect or consequential,
incurred by you due to any delay by us, including if
such delay was caused by our negligence.
Nothing in this agreement shall limit our liability
for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or
for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to
attempt to exclude our liability or for fraud or
fraudulent misrepresentation.
E. GENERAL
PRIVACY
All information that you provide about yourself to us
shall be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that you have read and agree to be
bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
VARIATION
We reserve the right to unilaterally vary these terms
and conditions from time to time. You should regularly
check and read the terms and conditions for any updates
and/or amendments. If you do not agree to any of the
updates or amendments at any time you should cease to
use the services.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
We and you do not intend that any provision in the terms
and conditions shall be enforceable by virtue of the
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any
person that is not party to these terms and conditions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions (as amended from time to
time), together with the terms and conditions of use of
the website (as amended from time to time) and the
privacy policy (as amended from time to time),
constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You
should regularly check the terms and conditions of use
of the website and the privacy policy for any updates
and/or amendments.
GOVERNING LAW AND
JURISDICTION
We shall endeavor to resolve any disagreements between
us and you quickly and efficiently. The agreement
between you and us shall be governed by the laws of
England and Wales and you and we shall both submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales.
